COC Cannot log back into my village

I have sent a request to supercell over 5 days ago with my gamecenter name, the level of my town hall coc gem and that other information 5 days ago! Still no help or anything. I have all my achievements and everything. I tried everything.

I logged onto another ipad we have and says if I want to connect my village to their game or I tried one and downloaded  coc gems  the game from the start with the level one town hall and still after the tutorial it did not say anything! I am definitely  buy coc gems sure my account was connected to game center as I still have all my achievements. My name was Makena80808 for game center. I used over 45 dollars on my village and cheap coc gem  its been gone for almost a week. I cannot access Clash of Clans Gem  it at all.
